Dear Momma Margaret:
(excerpts from a letter)
A few days after we got to out new house, Mommy and Daddy took us to someone called the "Vet." He was really nice and he told Mommy and Daddy that you took real good care of us. He gave us each something called a shot, which hurt us a little bit. Then he gave us a treat. That made it all better.
Last Sunday, Mommy and Daddy took us to the mall. It's a big building with lots of people. We went into something called a store. A nice girl there took our picture. We're sending you one so you can see what we look like now. Aren't we cute? Next time, Kaitie will be in the picture too.
We love you, Momma Margaret,
Erin and Haley

Dear Ms. Thompson:
I wanted to let you know that my husband and I purchased one of your puppies; and we absolutely adore her!!
She was born on January 3, 2006.
The kids all adore her (although she's a bit timid with the 2 1/2
year old!) I am amazed at her temperament! She is very fun-loving, sweet,
playful and loving! We also have 3 cats, one loves to play with Chloe and the
other two, who are Ragdolls, don't quite know what to make of her!!
Although we plan to have Chloe spayed, we will complete the application to
register her soon. Just wanted to let you know that she is with a family who loves her very much!!
God Bless,
Beth W

Good Morning Margaret,
I often visit your site, as it is a favorite one of my students. We love to look at the new little puppies! I was concerned when I read you were selling off many adults due to health. I am hoping that things are manageable and you are doing ok.
My puppy, "Freddi" is the most beautiful little girl! She was housebroken in less than two months and continues to be a delight. She was just the recipe for one dealing with elder care. She makes me smile every day and I can't wait to rush home to be with her. She is perfectly healthy and all who see her comment on how pretty she is. She was never destructive in any way--just a little insistent on attention! (Still is!) I can't thank you enough for my wonderful pet and the hours of joy she has given me.
Hoping the best for you and your family,
Jill M

Hi Margaret:
Hope you are well ? I just visited your website and noticed that you are selling
your Dams/Sires...please please tell me that you are not getting out of THE MOST
FANTASTIC COCKER SPANIELS business ? I am selfish, your dogs are the BEST .
Never in my life have I met a dog as wonderful as Jack, and I am not just saying
that because he's mine, I am saying that because he has a personality, he has a
beautiful soul, he's compassionate and so caring. He has more personality than
many people I know, that is the truth.
As you know, Jack will be 3 years old on June 21. We are planning a small family
get together with a few of his favorite friends stopping by during the day (he
has taken a shine to an older black cocker spaniel named Hannah, who lives round
the corner...we have to walk by her fence so he can see her every day ;-)
I will look forward to hearing back from you and I am hoping I will hear that
you are doing well . We have talked about adding another 'kid' to our family,
Makenna and I think it'd be great, Ken thinks that it would be difficult for
Jack, to share us/his home with another dog, what do you think ?
Thank you again for giving us Jack -- I cannot find enough words to describe
him, he is a delight, he makes every day a wonderful day and as Makenna always
says ...' His name is Jack "Hero" Anderson. His middle name is "Hero" ...
because he Saved Us from a dogless life...'
write to me soon !!
Love
Cathy A.

intelligent...overall superb disposition. He loves everyone. And everyone loves
him!
When I figure out how to "forward" photos, I will send an update photo of him.
Thanks again Margaret. We are so happy Kipper has joined our family. And I know
HE is thrilled to be here, too...he is the king! Love, Rita, Stacy, Elijah and

Hi Margaret,
I just wanted to send you a recent picture of Wrigley. She is 8 months old now
and had been a WONDERFUL dog. She is smart, easy to train, and is very loving
and cuddly. Wrigley has her own distinct personality and is very funny.
About once a week she goes to a "doggy daycare" to play with other dogs. She
thinks she is a big dog trapped in a small dog's body and plays with german
shepherds, labs, etc.
Thank you for breeding such a wonderful dog. Wrigley gets a lot of attention
from people and they always ask me where we got her.

Hi Margaret,
I wanted to thank you for all the work and effort you invested in the newest
addition to our family. We have named him Shadow as he seems to be my little
shadow following me all over the house. Shadow arrived at the airport safely and
was not traumatized in any way. The first thing he wanted to do was play. On the
ride home he munched on his food and at one point he started to whine. We
stopped and I took him out and he went potty. I was so impressed. He slept in
our bed and made it through the night without whining or having any apparent
separation issues. Since his arrival, he has only had 3 accidents and now he
regularly goes to the bathroom outside. He has even begun going to the door and
whining when he needs to go out. I know we're probably trained as well as he is,
but I am very proud of him. He's also fairly consistently responding to the
commands sit and down. He has taken to his crate (which is equipped with bumper
pads a cover and a variety of other little comforts) and much to my dismay, does
better sleeping at night in his crate next to me than in his bed. The vet said
he was a beautiful, healthy puppy and she was impressed by the care you had
given him. This week my daughter Faith has been watching him during the day. On
her first day alone with him, she needed to take her shower so she brought his
little bed and some toys into the bathroom with her. As she was showering, the
shower curtain started to move and Shadow was whining so she pulled back the
curtain somewhat to check on him. Shadow managed to jump over the side of the
tub and landed in the shower with her. He apparently liked it as he ran around
the tub trying to catch the water as it fell from the shower. Faith managed to
get him out of the tub, soaking wet and then got herself out and cleaned up the
mess....this incident really best describes his little personality. Shadow is so
loving, so full of fun and I couldn't be happier with him.
Once again, thank you for making it possible for Shadow to join our family. He
has found his way into all of our hearts and has brought alot of joy to my
family. I'll send pictures as soon as I figure out how to take a good picture of
a black pup!!!. God bless, and Happy Holidays-Laura
